National Assembly to Honor Freedom of Conscience:
"Honor Freedom of Conscience"

"To affirm, honor, and encourage persons who have the vision and courage to refuse war, and to clarify the motivations for defending freedom of conscience."

NATHFC is the first annual event to raise awareness of soldiers no longer wishing to serve their country through violence. This assembly welcomes everyone, both soliders and civilians, who have an interest in or curiosity about this growing, yet still mostly unpublicized, phenomenon.

This event will take place in Austin, Texas, from Friday October 3rd to Sunday October 5th, 2008, with guests of honor, Walter and June Wink.

We invite you to bring copies of one-page stories and/or pictures of either yourself or family and friends to share with others in a gallery setting at the assembly. When displaying items please provide your name and a contact number for persons to follow-up if they recognize some familiarity with your experience.
